Dustin M. Rhoads has been involved with the Health and Fitness industry for the past 9+ years. He is a Mentor, Naturally Fit Federation Judge, a NFF Natural Pro Physique Bodybuilder, and NSL Men's Physique Beach Pro. Started at LA Fitness, Inc. in June of 2008 and eventually became the Fitness Director for LA Fitness Euless. Dustin M. Rhoads is a ASFA Master Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Sports Nutrition, and continued his education at ATI (career training school) for NASM CPT, CES and PES certifications, as well as he continues educating himself through his own research and development.

Dustin M. Rhoads experience with Flexible Dieting, Reverse Dieting Metabolism nutritional building approach has helped him and his clientele reach their goals while maintaining quality of life. He also specializes in competition prep for Bodybuilding, Figure, Men's Physique and Bikini. Dustin M. Rhoads has been involved with exercise and sports all his life, has competed in 21 Men's Physique competitions; and about 13 years ago he fell in love with fitness and has decided to pass this passion on to others by leading, and educating everyone towards a healthier lifestyle through Macros Coach LLC.

Cherish Curry is an Online Fitness Coach, and a Certified Personal Trainer who excels in helping others reach goals they once thought were impossible. She started her fitness journey when she was 24 and has grasped great knowledge of how to obtain fitness goals. Cherish is a NASM certified personal trainer who is currently taking continuous courses to expand her knowledge of fitness and nutrition education.
Cherish discovered through trial and error how to design workout programs for many different body types to help them obtain their fitness goal. Cherish has tried just about every fab diet out there and she can tell you this, what works for one person, or for her, may not work for you. You have to find the right foods/workouts that best suits YOU and YOUR lifestyle.
